We are shipping as normal with all duties and taxes paid. To be clear, this means you will not incur any further charges when ordering through our site in addition to the advertised price.

Please note: All next day orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
We do not currently offer a free returns service. If you do wish to return your order it can be returned within 14 Days of receipt. All returns are required to be in the original resalable condition that you received them in.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items.
Credit notes will be issued for goods received after 14 days of receipt by the customer (up to 28 days).
Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used.
A carriage charge deduction of £4 (UK) £8.00 (Europe) £10.00 (Rest of World) will be made in the case of non-faulty items.

You are welcome to send your products back for an exchange within 14 days of receipt by the customer.
Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used.
Please include your original invoice with indication of the product you would like to exchange for.
There will be a standard shipping charge for re-deliveries of exchanges.
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, you must contact us by email or the contact form on the website within 2 days of receipt. We will then arrange for the incorrect or faulty item to be returned to us for exchange or refund.
If you believe that a product you have bought from us has developed a fault following use as a result of the manufacturing process, please contact us via email or the contact form on the website and we can discuss the process of returning the item for inspection.
If the product is deemed to be faulty as a result of the manufacturing process, we will repair or replace wherever possible.
Please email info@myfoxbag.com prior to returning goods. Please note if the item is deemed not faulty, the customer is responsible for all postage costs.
When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage and tracking details.
Please ensure that items are well packaged, and are marked clearly as ‘RETURNS’ on any customs label, address label or documentation.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITH INCORRECT CUSTOMS PAPERWORK AND DECLARATIONS.
