STORE MANAGER - FJALLRAVEN SHEFFIELD
Our Fjallraven Sheffield city centre store opened in 2024, and we are looking to recruit a new store manager to lead the team of this flagship store. As Store Manager, and as a part of the Fjallraven brand, you responsibilities will be varied and include the following:
- Smooth running of the day to day store operations.
- Delivering the highest quality customer service.
- Acquiring a full understanding of the products and technologies.
- Recruitment and training of your retail team while setting a high standard yourself.
- Following the merchandising guidelines and maintaining impeccable store standards.
- Exceeding your KPI’s, including sales targets and maximising the store profitability.
Full training will be given on the day to day running of the store and product training will also be provided. Previous managerial and retail experience is essential.
