The Klarsby Low Bunion GTX hiking shoe is designed to provide comfort for individuals with Hallux valgus, more commonly known as bunions. As foot fit specialists, HANWAG has created this lightweight, waterproof leather hiking shoe to address one of the most common foot conditions.
FEATURES:
- Specifically developed for bunions, offering additional room around the big toe joint and all toes
- Bunion Last design provides a higher toe box for improved space and comfort
- Endurance Hike Bunion sole is designed to enhance stability with a wide contact surface and highly cushioning PU midsole
- Stiffer forefoot section reduces movement in the metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint, alleviating pressure on the big toe joint
- The inner side of the foot, including under the TPU protective rand, is free from stitching to prevent pressure or rubbing
- Comfortable ghilly lacing system ensures a secure fit and adapts to foot movement for better natural flexibility
- Extra padding between the leather and lining at the base of the big toe to prevent pressure points
